My goals for your therapy are to meet your needs. I work together with my clients to reach desired results, whether those results are to relax after a tough day, to manage or diminish pain, to recover after an injury, or to prepare for the arrival of your new baby.

Massage therapy is a cooperative effort and your treatment may involve homecare such as stretches or application of ice. When I recommend homecare, I am involving you in the process of your treatment. You are the client, and you are in charge.

I have 10 years experience as a massage therapist, and ample training from Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, a COMTA accredited institute with an 800 hour training program. I have completed additonal training in Nurturing the Mother prenatal and postpartum massage from Claire Marie Miller's curriculum and Cupping therapy through ACE Massage Cupping. I am certified in therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, postpartum massage, myofascial therapy, and neuromuscular therapy.

Through these practices in combination with your efforts as an active participant in your care, we can make massage a beneficial aspect in your life.

For me, the most rewarding aspect of massage therapy is the ability to help people. I am just as excited as you are when you exit the session feeling pain-free and rejuvenated.
