Bowen Wellness Massage Therapy is located inside Cherryland Chiropractic Centre at 1209 East 8th Street in Traverse City. Parking is off of Civic Center Drive.

I am certified in Swedish relaxation massage; myofascial therapy, a method of releasing the connective tissue surrounding muscles; neuromuscular therapy, a very specific method for releasing trigger points that can cause dysfunction throughout the body; and Nurturing the Mother, providing massage care through all aspects of new motherhood from early pregnancy through labor and the postpartum period. I have recently added cupping massage as an option for therapeutic massage sessions. Cupping massage provides a sedative effect on the nervous system while separating layers of tissue and drawing fluid into the area, for a more comfortable approach to access deeper or more sensitive tissues.
